Drink
1/2 your weight of water in ounces. Ex. If your weight
is 200 pounds you should drink 100 ounces of water.
(Exceptions are for those with congestive heart failure
or kidney problems.)
Eat a protein rich
breakfast.
Focus on only protein
and vegetables at dinner and limit the carbs.
Eliminate sodas,
even diet ones.
Don't
drink your calories.
Don't skip meals.
Substitute white bread, potatoes,
rice, pastas for wheat versions.
Get up at each commercial
break and walk around the house, walk the stairs, jumping
jacks in place. For 4 hours of TV, you could get in up
to 40 minutes of activity.
